RECIPE IDEAS
Spicy Pork Steaks
Grill pork loin steaks for about 8 minutes each side.
During the last 2 minutes, mix together spoonful of
curry paste and mango chutney and brush over steaks.
Serve with spicy vegetables, rice and poppadoms.
Sweet Chilli Pork Skewers
Thread cubes of pork -leg or loin steaks cut into chunky
cubes - onto skewers. Grill for 10-15 minutes.
During the last 2 minutes, brush with sweet chilli sauce.
Serve with rice or potatoes and green bean, onion and
pepper salad.
Pork, Noodle & Black Bean Stir-Fry
Pan-fry thin medallions of pork fillet for 4-6 minutes.
Add a selection of vegetables - carrots, spring
onions, pak choi or Chinese lettuce, green beans
and bamboo shoots.
Add jar of black bean sauce, stir through cooked
noodles and serve.
